2020 HB 5422: An Act Requiring A Transition Plan For Persons With Intellectual Disability Who Are A Resident Of A Community Based Residential Facility Or Participant In A Day Care Program, Day Camp Program Or Recreational Program.
To require the Department of Developmental Services to develop a transition plan for persons with intellectual disability who are a resident of a community-based residential facility or a participant in a day care program, day camp program or recreational program.
