2019 HB 7007: An Act Prohibiting The Sale Of Energy Drinks To Persons Under Sixteen Years Of Age.
To prohibit the sale, giving or delivering of energy drinks to persons under the age of sixteen and require the Commissioner of Public Health to publish information concerning the dangers of energy drink consumption on the Internet web site of the Department of Public Health.
