2019 HJ 50: Resolution Proposing A State Constitutional Amendment Concerning Municipal Mandates.
To require the vote of two-thirds of both chambers of the General Assembly to enact a new unfunded state mandate in order to ease the burden of mandates on municipalities and to provide local property tax relief.
