2019 SB 554: An Act Eliminating Existing Unfunded Mandates And Requiring A Two Thirds Vote To Create New Unfunded Mandates.
To eliminate all existing unfunded mandates on January 1, 2020, and require a two-thirds vote of each chamber of the General Assembly to enact legislation that creates an unfunded mandate after said date.
