2019 SB 692: An Act Concerning Law Enforcement Officers' Responses To Ice Detainers.
To prohibit certain actions by law enforcement officers in response to a civil immigration detainer, to clarify that probation officers are law enforcement officers and to provide for greater transparency concerning the communications between state and local agencies and the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
