2021 SB 963: An Act Concerning Certificates Of Approval For Motor Vehicle Dealerships And Repair Shops.
To specify that applicants for licenses for dealing in or repairing motor vehicles shall obtain certificates of approval of location and use from the zoning enforcement official of the municipality.
