2023 HB 5888: An Act Concerning The Metropolitan District Commission.
To require annual audits of the Metropolitan District Commission, establish a task force to examine the organization and operation of the Metropolitan District Commission, require the board of commissioners of the Metropolitan District Commission to adopt, administer and enforce a model code of ethics, and permit commissioners from nonmember municipalities to vote on certain rates.
