2025 HB 7216: An Act Implementing The Recommendations Of The Technical Education And Career System.
To (1) require the Office of Policy and Management to approve the filling of vacancies for instructional staff not later than thirty days from the receipt of such request, and (2) expand the debt-free community college program to include the Technical Education and Career System adult education programs.
