2025 SB 1562: An Act Changing The Authorized Use Of A Parcel Of State Land Previously Conveyed To The Town Of Newtown.
To remove the deed restriction that a parcel of state land previously conveyed to the town of Newtown be used for economic development purposes to permit its use for open space or recreational purposes.
