2026 SB 423: An Act Concerning Oversight Over Higher Education.
To require the Board of Regents for Higher Education to include additional data and information in its annual report concerning the consolidation of the regional community-technical colleges into the Connecticut State Community College and to require that a copy and any updates to the higher education strategic plan be provided to the legislative committee with cognizance of government oversight.
